Objectives

Une publication récente (Grippin et al., Nature, 22 octobre 2025) suggère une interaction immune synergique entre la vaccination mRNA COVID-19 et l’efficacité des inhibiteurs de checkpoint immunitaire (ICI), en particulier via des modifications des signatures IFN et de la réponse mémoire T préexistante.A ce jour aucune donnée n’existe en cohorte française sur patients en situation réelle (real-world) pour confirmer cette observation.

Critères d’inclusion : •patients pris en charge au CLB •mis sous anticorps anti-PD-1 entre 01/01/2021 et 01/01/2022•avec ou sans vaccination COVID-19 mRNA antérieure. Critères d’exclusion :•absence d’information fiable sur vaccination• traitement ICI hors anti-PD-1 exclusif
