Il s’agit d’une étude rétrospective portant sur les patients CBNPC de stade IV avec mutation Kras G12C traités par sotorasib dans cadre de l’accès précoce et adagrasib dans le cadre de l’accès compassionnel, au Centre Léon Bérard et au CHU de Limoges.
