Objectives

Recherche d'un profil prédictif de la clearance du PSA chez des patients proteurs d'un cancer de prostate à risque intermédiaire fort haut risque ayant bénéficié d'une radiohormonothérapie associée à un boost en curiethérapie HDD.

Objectif principal : contrôle biochimique à 5 ans

Objectifs secondaires : Survie sans métastase DFS CCS OS, Toxicité tardive, Analyse pronostic de la clairance du PSA

L'analyse de ces données permettra dans un premier temps de confirmer l'importance du boost en curiethérapie dans cette population, essentiellement enterme de contrôle biochimique Et de rajouter une analyse prédictive basée sur la création d'un modèle de décroissance du PSA comme élément précoced'une évolution oncologique péjorative.
