Objectives

Ce projet vise à analyser les mécanismes de résistance aux inhibiteurs de CDK4/6 chez les patientes atteintes de cancer du sein métastatique HR+/HER2- porteuses de mutations BRCA1/2. L’objectif est de proposer des approches thérapeutiques plus adaptées et efficaces.
