Overview / Objectives

Ce projet de recherche vise à mieux comprendre pourquoi certaines tumeurs cérébrales pédiatriques résistent à la radiothérapie. En utilisant l'intelligence artificielle et des données de séquençage cellulaire issues de l'entrepôt Share4Kids, les chercheurs analysent les différences entre les cellules tumorales avant et après irradiation. L'objectif est d'identifier les mécanismes de résistance pour améliorer l'efficacité des traitements futurs
