About us

Objectives

Nous souhaitons à travers ce projet, caractériser l’activité antitumorale de ces candidats médicaments contre divers sous types de lymphomes à partir de biopsies fraîches de patients. Notre laboratoire a mis au point des candidats médicaments pouvant inhiber la liaison entre ces deux protéines ERK etMYD88. L’évaluation du candidat médicament EI52 contre un grand nombre de cellules tumorales cultivées en laboratoire a montré une sensibilité particulière des cellules de lymphome agressif. Il constitue donc une piste prometteuse pour les cas de cette maladie réfractaires à l’immunothérapie et à la chimiothérapie.
