Objectives

Cette étude internationale rétrospective, multicentrique, vise à étudier le taux de rechute des patients atteints d’une tumeur germinale seminomateuse pure testiculaire de stade I après la réalisation d’un traitement adjuvant par un cycle de carboplatine AUC7 selon les différents groupes de risque définis par le modèle de Boorman. L'objectif principal est d'évaluer le taux de rechute parmi les groupes à risque prédéfinis. Les objectifs secondaires et exploratoires incluent l'évaluation de la mortalité spécifique au cancer et globale, le temps avant la rechute radiologique et biochimique, ainsi que les schémas de rechute par site anatomique
