Objectives
Primary
- Collect all low-grade endometrioid ovarian carcinoma cases recorded in the French TMRG (“Tumeurs Malignes Rares Gynécologiques”) database.
- Describe clinical presentation at diagnosis, pathological features, treatment-related data and survival data (Progression-Free Survival and Overall Survival).
Secondary
- In patients with FFPE blocks available, we plan to evaluate the expression levels of proteins (tissue micro-array), mRNA (Nanostring nCounter® technology), and explore DNA single nucleotide variants and indels, and copy number alterations (whole exome sequencing).
- Correlate patient’s characteristics and outcomes to the protein, RNA, and DNA analyzes.

INCLUSION CRITERIA
- Patients with pathological and clinical data recorded in the “Observatoire Francophone des Tumeurs malignes Rares Gynécologiques” database.
- Pathological review by an expert pathologist from the TMRG network confirming the diagnosis of low-grade endometrioid carcinoma
- Diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma with a pure low-grade endometrioid histology.
- Synchronous low-grade endometrioid endometrial carcinoma FIGO stage IA are accepted.
- Signed consent to use data and biological samples.
- FFPE block available for inclusion in the translational part of the study.
NON INCLUSION CRITERIA
- Ovarian carcinoma with a mixed histology comprising a low-grade endometrioid component.
