Objectives

PRIMARY

  • Identify immune determinants of response to chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimens in advanced or metastatic endometrial cancer

 

SECONDARY

  • Identify immune determinants of acquired primary and secondary resistance to chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimens in advanced or metastatic endometrial cancer

INCLUSION CRITERIA

- Recurrent, advanced or metastatic endometrial cancer with a stable disease, partial or complete response on routine CT scan after a minimum of 3 cycles of Carboplatin-Taxol and Dostarlimab

 - For the pilot study performed on patients treated at IPC : Patients with recurrent advanced or metastatic endometrial cancer who underwent delayed surgery after chemotherapy alone will be included as a control arm

- Delayed surgery if operable or post treatment biopsy of primary tumor/metastatic site if external radiotherapy after a minimum of 3 cycles of Carboplatin-Taxol (pilot study) and Dostarlimab (pilot study and validation study)

- Archival FFPE tumor tissue from pre-treatment diagnostic biopsy and post-treatment surgical specimen/ biopsy of primary tumour or metastatic site

  • Optionnal: Archival biopsy at recurrence under maintenance immunotherapy if available 

 

EXCLUSION CRITERIA

- No available pre-treatment or post-treatment tumour tissue

- Patients who refuse the collection and use of their personal data within the context of the study
