Objectives

Il s’agit d’un mémoire de fin d’études d’infirmière en pratique avancée qui a pour but de mettre en évidence les facteurs associés aux défauts de coordination dans le parcours du patient sous nutrition parentérale et atteint de cancer.

Patients adultes de plus de 18 ans, atteints d’un cancer, pris en charge au CLB, et ayant initié une nutrition parentérale entre le premier janvier et le 31 décembre 2025 et poursuivie à domicile.
