About us

Objectives

Obtenir des données en vraie vie de la réponse à la radiothérapie des patients atteints de mélanome muqueux pelvien non résécable ou réséqué avec des marges incomplètes (R1, R2) non métastatique ou ayant récidivé localement.

Préserver la qualité de vie des patients traités pour un mélanome muqueux pelvien localisé tout en conservant un bon contrôle local. Peu d’études concernant cette localisation de mélanome muqueux. Contraintes anatomiques et fonctionnelles locales.

Critères d’inclusion : 

Patients avec mélanome muqueux pelvien (localisation : voies urinaires, vulve, pénis, vagin, anus, canal anal ou rectum) avec un diagnostic histologique confirmé en place ou non complètement réséqués (R1 ou R2), non métastatique à distance, ayant reçu de la radiothérapie entre décembre 2013 à décembre 2023.Critères d’exclusion :Mélanome cutané (SSM et nodulaire …) dans une localisation pelvienne.Mélanome muqueux avec d’emblée des localisations à distance au moment du traitement par radiothérapie.Mélanome muqueux non métastatique ayant été traité par chirurgie sans radiothérapie.
