About us

Objectives

Comparer l’efficacité de deux protocoles de chimiothérapie différents utilisé pour traiter les patients ayant un cancer du pancréas métastatique après échec d’une première chimiothérapie. L’objectif est de comparer les effets indésirable et l’efficacité sur la durée de survie des patients traités avec l’un et l’autre de ces des deux protocoles.

Population subject to research or data processing

Âge ≥ 18 ans. Traité dans un centre membre de l’AGEO (association des gastro-entérologues oncologues). Cancer du pancréas métastatique (mPDAC) confirmé histologiquement ou cytologiquement. Progression pendant ou dans les 3 mois après la fin du traitement FOLFIRINOX en première ligne (incluant FOLFIRINOX modifié en adjuvant) ou intolérance à ce traitement. ECOG PS ≤ 2 Espérance de vie ≥ 12 semaines Fonction organique adéquate : Neutrophiles absolus ≥ 1.5 × 109/L, Plaquettes ≥ 100 × 109/L, Hémoglobine ≥ 9 g/dL
