About us

Objectives

Le cancer du poumon est la principale cause de mortalité par cancer dans le monde. Lorsqu’il est localisé au poumon seul, la radiothérapie ou la chirurgie sont les traitements de référence. En cas de récidive, le standard thérapeutique actuel est une radiothérapie avec une chimiothérapie pendant 6 semaines, soit un traitement lourd pour le patient. L’objectif de l’étude est de comparer ce standard à une radiothérapie forte dose seule en 5 séances.

Population subject to research or data processing

Patients adultes ≥18 ans présentant un cancer bronchique non à petites cellules de stade précoce, traités initialement par chirurgie ou radiothérapie stéréotaxique, et ayant présenté secondairement une récidive médiastinale isolée.
