About us

Objectives

L’objectif principal est d’évaluer rétrospectivement l’intérêt potentiel en efficacité et la toxicité d’une séquence thérapeutique par chimiothérapie conventionnelle de rattrapage, puis en cas de chimio-sensibilité d’une chimiothérapie haute dose par l’association busulfan-melphalan et enfin radiothérapie bi-pulmonaire, dans le cadre des récidives pulmonaires de sarcome d’Ewing sur l’ensemble des cas recensés au sein de la Société Française des Cancers de l’Enfant.

Inclusion prévisionnelle sur l'ensemble des sites de la SFCE de 12 patients âgés de moins de 25 ans au moment de la rechute pulmonaire d'un sarcome d'Ewing traité par chimiothérapie conventionnelle de rattrapage, suivie pour les patients chimio-sensibles d’une chimiothérapie haute dose par busulfan-melphalan puis d’une irradiation bi-pulmonaire.
