About us

Objectives

La prise en charge standard des patients atteint d’un sarcome des tissus mous localisé est la chirurgie, associée à la radiothérapie. En situation néoadjuvante, cette radiothérapie augmente les complications post-opératoires, mais diminue les séquelles tardives.

Nous souhaitons réaliser une étude observationelle rétrospective monocentrique recherchant les facteurs cliniques et histologiques prédictifs des complications chirurgicales, et pronostics des résultats carcinologiques, chez des patients présentant un sarcome des tissus mous traités par radiothérapie néoadjuvante et chirurgie.
