Objectives

Objectif principal : Evaluation de l’efficacité de l’analgésie peropératoire d’un bloc PECS2 selon la zone opérée lors d'une chirurgie de mastectomie partielle pour cancer du sein avec ou sans biopsie ganglionnaire sentinelle.

 

Objectifs secondaires :

  • Evaluation post opératoire de la douleur en SSPI
  • Evaluation des scores de récupération anesthésie
