Patients atteints d’un cancer de la prostate métastatique résistant à la castration ayant une mutation de l’un des gènes de réparation de l’ADN (BRCA2, CDK12, ATM, BRCA1, CHEK2, PALB2, FANCA gènes), évaluation de l’efficacité d’un sel de platine par la réponse du PSA avec une réduction de plus de 50% de façon rétrospective.
