Intérêt en termes de survie et de survie sans progression de la prise en charge des patients porteurs de Myélome Multiple bénéficiant d’une autogreffe de CSH dans un centre de référence français en comparaison avec les centres du Maghreb qui n’ont pas accès à l’ensemble des innovations thérapeutiques.
