L’objectif de notre étude est d’évaluer la concordance sur le stade FIGO entre l’IRM pré-thérapeutique et l’analyse anatomopathologique de la pièce opératoire et d’évaluer la concordance sur le grade histologique entre la biopsie d’endomètre et l’analyse de la pièce opératoire
