About us

Objectives

L’objectif principal de cette étude est de comparer la survie globale et le contrôle local de la maladie des patientes ayant été traitées par radiochimiothérapie et curiethérapie puis chirurgie de clôture à celles ayant été traitées par radiochimiothérapie et curiethérapie exclusives.

Les objectifs secondaires sont de comparer la morbidité de ces deux groupes et de réaliser une analyse en sous-groupes en fonction de l’histologie du cancer du col (carcinome épithélial, adénocarcinome), en recherchant d’éventuelles différences en terme de survie entre les différents sous-groupes.

Les patientes incluses sont des patientes majeures ayant présenté un cancer du col utérin de stade IB3 et II (Classification FIGO 2019), de type histologique « carcinome épidermoïde » ou « adénocarcinome » , n’ayant pas d’atteinte ganglionnaire ou métastatique retrouvée au bilan initial, ayant bénéficié d’un traitement par radiochimiothérapie concomitante suivie de curiethérapie au sein de l'institut de Cancérologie Alexis Vautrin de Nancy et qui ont eu une réponse thérapeutique complète au bilan clinico-radiologique de réévaluation effectué à 6-8 semaines après la fin de la curiethérapie
