Objectives

Analyse des patients dont les cancers expriment des mutations du gène KRAS

Objectif principal : Etudier l'évolution du microenvironnement immunitaire tumoral sous chimiothérapie néoadjuvant dans les adénocarcinomes gastriques ou de la jonction œsogastrique localisés et résécables par une approche intégrative associant données transcriptomique et spatiale.

Echantillons biologiques collectés : pièce opératoire et ganglions réséqués dans le cadre de la routine standard.

Type d’analyse : RNA-Seq (CLB) et Hyperion (ICM)

Objectif secondaire : Associer cette évolution du profil du TME immunitaire à la réponse à la CT néo-adjuvante.

N=60 patients , 30 répondeurs, 30 non répondeurs à la CT.
