About us

Objectives

L’objectif est de comparer l’efficacité de 2 méthodes diagnostiques, la biopsie chirurgicale et la microbiopsie percutanée, dans les lymphomes de Hodgkin en pédiatrie. Nous évaluons aussi la faisabilité et l’aspect sécurité des 2 méthodes (durée d’hospitalisation, procédure en externe/ hospitalisation, douleurs, type d’anesthésie, complication). Enfin, nous évaluons les facteurs influençant l’efficacité des microbiopsies radiologiques (taille de l’aiguille de biopsie, localisation, nombre de biopsies).

Population subject to research or data processing

La population étudiée concerne les enfants ou jeunes adultes, diagnostiqués d’un Lymphome de Hodgkin, entre 2014 et 2019 à l’Institut d’hématologie et d’oncologie pédiatrie à Lyon. La population visée est d’une centaine de patient.
