About us

Objectives

L’objectif principal de notre travail était de décrire les interventions pharmaceutiques formulées lors des évaluations pluridisciplinaires d’onco-gériatrie dans notre établissement.  Les objectifs secondaires étaient de décrire les caractéristiques physiopathologiques, les fragilités gériatriques et d’évaluer l’observance médicamenteuse et les modalités de gestion des traitements à domicile de notre population d’étude.
