About us

Objectives

Dans le cadre d’une collaboration avec le Centre Léon Bérard, Alchemab fait l’hypothèse que l’analyse des sérums de patients survivants au cancer du pancréas pourrait permettre d’identifier des anticorps protecteurs contre le cancer du pancréas.

Le Centre Léon Bérard leur met à disposition des sérums de patients atteints du cancer du pancréas ainsi que des cellules sanguines afin analyser le profil des anticorps et le répertoire des cellules B associées. Les analyses seront corrélées à la survie de ces patients.

Nous avons pu identifier des échantillons (sérums et PBMC associés) dans 3 catégories de survivants qui semblent intéresser Alchemab : 2 long survivants (>60 mois), 27 survivants intermédiaires, 7 survivants de moins de 12 mois.
