About us

Objectives

Comptabiliser le nombre de patients hospitalisés au 3BSud pour Covid, le nombre de patients traités par Optiflow, le nombre de décès en rapport. S’appuyer sur ces chiffres pour discuter de la proportionnalité des soins, relater les nombreuses discussions éthiques médico-soignantes nécessaires pour arrêter les Optiflows. Avoir un regard a postériori sur la gestion de ce nouveau virus, ses vagues successives , la mise en route de soins réservé habituellement aux soins intensifs respiratoires dans un service de médecine oncologique et quelles leçons nous en avons tirées.
