Objectives

ETUDE RÉTROSPECTIVE ÉVALUANT L’EFFET DE L’IRRADIATION DU SYSTÈME IMMUNITAIRE SUR LA REPONSE A LA RADIOCHIMIOTHÉRAPIE ET IMMUNOTHÉRAPIE (DURVALUMAB) DE CONSOLIDATION CHEZ LES PATIENTS ATTEINTS DE CANCER BRONCHIQUE NON À PETITES CELLULES LOCALEMENT AVANCÉ

 

Objectif principal :

Evaluer la survie sans progression (PFS) des patients atteints de cancers bronchiques non à petites cellules localement avancés et traités par radiochimiothérapie concomitante associée à une immunothérapie de consolidation.

Objectifs secondaires : Evaluer, chez ces patients, la :

  • Survie globale
  • Survie sans progression locorégionale
  • Survie sans progression métastatique
  • Toxicité

Critères d’inclusion :

  • > 18 ans
  • Preuve anatomopathologique d’un cancer broncho-pulmonaire non à petites cellules de stade III
  • Traitement par radiochimiothérapie concomitante associé à une immunothérapie de consolidation (DURVALUMAB)
  • Données biologiques (au moins 3 résultats de NFS) et dosimétriques accessibles  

 

Critères d’exclusion :

  • Traitement par radiochimiothérapie séquentielle

Suivi < 3 mois
