About us

Objectives

Ce projet a pour objectif de développer, de caractériser et d’utiliser des tumoroïdes de cancers pédiatriques/AJA/adultes pour définir comparativement les mécanismes constitutifs ou induits par les traitements, à l’origine de la résistance à la mort cellulaire dans ces cancers.

Collection prospective d’échantillons en priorité Pédiatrique ou leur équivalent chez AJA et adultes pour faire une comparaison inter-âges.

Types histologiques recherchés : HGG, EP, sarcomes à différentiation rhabdomyoblastique, HB, tumeurs primaires + récidives et métastases, avant et après traitement.

Types d’échantillons : tissus frais.
