About us

Objectives

Il s’agit d’une étude monocentrique, rétrospective. L’objectif principal est de décrire l’efficacité du bevacizumab utilisé en monothérapie, en termes de réponse clinique et radiologique chez les enfants avec gliomes des voies optiques. Les objectifs secondaires sont de décrire la tolerance au traitement, ainsi que le risque de récidive à l’arrêt du traitement.
