About us

Objectives

Primary : number of TNBC samples positive for each marker tested and degree of co-expression of 2, 3 and 4 markers.

Secondary : correlations between IHC scores of each marker and clinicopathological data in patients with TNBC, including survival ; IHC scores of each marker in TNBC PDXs

Inclusion : Patients with invasive breast carcinoma, operated at Institut Paoli-Calmettes, with tumor sample spotted onto TMA available at ICEP platform, with molecular subtype available (mainly TNBC), and informed consent of patients.

Non-inclusion : absence of informed consent.
