About us

Objectives

Primary :

  • Identify the determinants associated with HPD in patients treated with PD-1/PD-L1 blockade using a large database of comprehensive cancer centers (ConSoRe).

 

Secondary :

  • Describe the association between PD-L1 tumor IHC and HPD in patients treated with PD-1/PD-L1 blockade using a large database of comprehensive cancer centers (ConSoRe).
  • Describe the management of HPD in a large-scale real-life setting using a large database of comprehensive cancer centers (ConSoRe).
  • Correlate the occurrence of HPD with survival outcomes using log-rank test and multivariate analysis.

Inclusion criteria

  • Metastatic solid tumor (or Hodgkin disease)
  • Treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitor (alone or in combination)
  • Hyperprogressive disease confirmed by a radiological review.
  • ECOG 0-2
  • >18 years

  • Refusal to participate
