About us

Objectives

L'objectif est de pouvoir caractériser la présence de macrophages infiltrant la tumeur et plus exactement la présence de TREM2, une protéine que les macrophages produisent. En confirmant l'expression de TREM2 dans la tumeur, on vise à comprendre comment cette molécule pourrait devenir la cible de nouveaux traitements pour stimuler l'immunité contre la tumeur.
