Objectives

Objectif principal : L’objectif principal de cette étude est de mettre en évidence la plus-value d’un dispositif tel que l’Optiflow® (en comparaison aux autres DMs antérieurement utilisés) lors d’une panendoscopie ORL sous sédation.

Objectifs secondaires : Mettre en évidence la diminution d’évènements indésirables per opératoires.

Population subject to research or data processing

Patients atteints d’un cancer ORL ayant subi un panendoscopie sous sédation  de janvier à mars 2018 et de janvier à mars 2021. Critères d’inclusion : Majeur : ventilation spontanée sans intubation à visée diagnostique ou thérapeutique. Critères de non inclusion : Mineur : Intubation pour raison chirurgicale.
