Déterminer de nouveaux marqueurs plasmatiques prédictifs de l’efficacité des traitements en cours d’essai clinique

Patients atteints cancer du rein à cellules claires (ccRCC) métastatiques, avant la mise en place d’un traitement en ,première ligne, par combinaison d’immunothérapie (nivolumab + ipilimumab) ou par combinaison VEGFR ,inhibiteur et immunothérapie (axitinib + pembrolizumab ou avelumab). ,Si possible, également les patients ccRCC traités en première ligne et inclus dans un essai clinique. Plasma (2 ml) avant la mise en place du traitement de première ligne et lors de la rechute (progression).
