Objectives

Existe-t-il une radiothérapie futile ?

Identifier les caractéristiques cliniques prédictives d'un décès dans les deux mois suivant une irradiation, délai ne permettant potentiellement pas de bénéficier des effets positifs attendus de la radiothérapie au moins sur le plan symptomatique. Réflexion éthique sur le traitement par radiothérapie des malades en fin de vie.

Patients traités au Centre Paul Strauss par radiothérapie externe, pour une pathologie cancéreuse non hématologique, âgés de plus de 18 ans au moment du traitement.
