Objectives

Identifier une signature radiomique multimodale à partir des scanners (TDM) avec et sans injection et de la tomographie par émission de positons au 18F-FDG lorsque celle-ci est disponible, permettant de prédire la réponse à la chimiothérapie d'induction par TPF chez des patients ayant un cancer du (pharyngo) larynx localement avancé.
