Evaluer sur coupes anatomopathologiques l'extension cellulaire tumorale broncho-pulmonaire au-delà de la tumeur macroscopiquement visible sur un scanner thoracique afin de déterminer des meilleures marges de CTV pour la radiothérapie en conditions stéréotaxiques.

Patients ayant eu une chirurgie de résection pulmonaire pour une tumeur broncho-pulmonaire de type adénocarcinome ou carcinome épidermoïde claséé T1, T2a, N0.

Scanner pré-opératoire disponible.
