  Objectif principal :

  • Analyser l’impact de la présence d’une apathie en postopératoire sur la qualité de la voix de substitution.

Objectifs secondaires :

  • Déterminer le taux de patients apathiques aux différents stades de la prise en charge.
  • Identifier les comportements de non implication dans l’éducation thérapeutique.

Population étudiée :        

  • T ous les patients bénéficiant d’une laryngectomie totale avec pose d’un implant phonatoire dans notre institution pendant 3 ans

Critères d’inclusion :

  • Patients de plus de 18 ans opéré d’une laryngectomie totale.
  • Patients parlant et comprenant le français.
  • Patients affilié à un régime de sécurité sociale.

Critères de non inclusion :

  • Troubles cognitifs majeurs.
  • Toute altération des fonctions neuropsychiques empêchant le remplissage des questionnaires.
  • Patient sous tutelle.
