About us

Objectives

Objectif principal :

Évaluer l’impact du pharmacien dans la prise en charge des patients atteints d’hémopathies lymphoïdes non répondeurs à la vaccination grâce à la mise en place de télé-consultations dans le service d’onco-hématologie du CAL.

Objectifs secondaires :

  • Mise en place de téléconsultations de suivi (prévention interactions médicamenteuses, tolérance…)
  • Organiser le suivi médical et sérologique de ces patients et rationnaliser leurs parcours de soin.
  • Suivi sérologique à plus long terme
  • Évolution des pratiques avec l’évolution de l’épidémie

Tous les patients atteints d’hémopathies lymphoïdes, et plus précisément les patients en cours de traitement par anticorps anti CD20 ou ayant reçu un traitement d’anticorps anti-CD20 depuis moins d’un an.  Les autres patients inclus correspondent aux patients inclus par le biais des consultations médicales des Oncohématologues du CAL.
