Objectives

Objectif principal : Évaluer l’apport de la RAAC, dans le cadre d’une première chirurgie de cytoréduction pour néoplasie ovarienne, sur le délai de prise en charge thérapeutique post opératoire, par rapport à une prise en charge en hospitalisation conventionnelle.

Objectifs secondaires : - Étudier l’impact de la RAAC sur la survie globale et survie sans récidive - Évaluer la proportion de patiente bénéficiant des mesures de RAAC - Évaluer l’applicabilité des critères de RAAC - Évaluer la sécurité de la RAAC dans la chirurgie de l’ovaire
