About us

Objectives

Le projet européen INSTAND-NGS4P a pour objectif de soutenir le développement d’une solution standardisée de NGS par un consortium d’industriels, et dont le cahier des charges a été défini par un consortium de structures académiques dont fait partie le CLB. Dans ce contexte, le CLB fournit quelques échantillons de patients qui serviront à tester cette solution NGS, durant les phases tardives du projet. Les échantillons seront partagés avec les partenaires académiques et industriels du projet, pour être séquencés (tumeur + constitutif).

10 patients issus de la cohorte DIAGNOSE, sélectionnées sur les critères suivants :

  • Diagnostic de sarcome à génomique complexe ;
  • Au moins un bloc FFPE disponible et cessible ;
  • Données cliniques disponibles ;
  • Signature de la note d’information par le patient ;
  • Actuellement suivi au CLB ;
  • RNAseq fait au CLB.
