About us

Objectives

Objectif principal : - Comparer la survie globale de la PLT d’emblée vs. en situation de rattrapage.

Objectifs secondaires : - Comparer la PLT d’emblée vs. en situation de rattrapage pour les résultats oncologiques : survie sans récidive et spécifique et les suites opératoires. - Déterminer les facteurs prédictifs de ces résultats (âge, sexe, site et stade tumoral, comorbidités…).

Critères d’inclusion :

  • Patients ayant bénéficié d’une PLT dans notre institution entre 2000 et 2019
  • Cancer T3 ou T4 du larynx ou de l’hypopharynx

Critères de non inclusion :

  • PLT associée à une oesophagectomie ou à une glossectomie totale
  • PLT réalisée pour une autre indication que le cancer
  • Cancer d’un autre site que le larynx ou l’hypopharynx

Cancer de stade précoce T1 ou  T2
