Objectives

Objectif principal : Identifier un algorithme de Deep Learning capable de faire la classification automatique des images TEP à la 18F-FDOPA des noyaux gris centraux (normaux versus pathologiques)

 

Objectifs secondaires :

  • Identifier des nouveaux biomarqueurs quantitatifs de la maladie de Parkinson à partir de l’analyse des indexs de radiomique
  • Comparer les performances de cet algorithme de Deep Learning par rapport à celles de l’expert humain et celles d’un algorithme de Machine Learning (analyse des radiomique)

Analyser les causes des résultats discordants entre les algorithmes et l’expert humain

Population étudiée :    Patients adressés pour TEP à la 18F-FDOPA des noyaux gris centraux.

Critères d’inclusion : Tous les patients adressés pour TEP dopa striatale au Centre Antoine Lacassagne (CAL) et au CHU de Nice, consécutivement, sur différentes périodes et différentes machines afin de constituer la base de données d’entrainement/validation et deux bases de données de tes (différente machine TEP-TDM et autre hôpital)

Critères de non inclusion : Examens ininterprétables, examens non réalisés selon le protocole standard issus des recommandations européennes : temps
