Objectives

Le but de l’étude est d’évaluer la sarcopénie à l’aide d’une tomodensitométrie cervico-faciale, facteur de pronostic indépendant de la survie sans progression chez les patients atteints d’un cancer du sein localement avancé.

Carcinomes épidermoïdes ORL ; Localement avancés, non résécables ou non opérables (stade III-IV) ; Age > 18 ans ; Ayant reçu traitement combiné radio chimiothérapie concomitante avec CDDP ou CETUXIMAB ou CARBO-5FU.
