Objectives

Objectif principal :

Le projet a pour but de déterminer la valeur pronostic et prédictive de CTGF et L1CAM dans la résistance au sunitinib des patients atteints de mRCC.

Objectifs secondaires :

Identifier de nouveaux biomarqueurs de résistance au sunitinib afin de proposer une meilleure prise en charge des patients et des solutions thérapeutiques personnalisées

Il s’agit de patients atteints de cancer du rein à cellules claires métastatiques. Il s’agit de la cohorte de patients provenant de l’étude clinique multicentrique SUVEGIL dont le promoteur est le Centre Antoine Lacassagne et de la cohorte de patients provenant de l’étude clinique multicentrique TORAVA dont le Centre Léon Berard de Lyon est promoteur.
