Etudier des critères morphologiques des tumeurs de l’oropharynx HPV 16+ fumeur, non-fumeur et HPV 16- ; Etudie rdes critères en imagerie des adénopathies et des métastases ; Rechercher des récidives tumorales T, N et M ; Etablir la classification TNM selon la 7e et la 8e édition ; Rechercher des spécificités anatomopathologiques.
