Objectives

Mener des études multicentriques prospectives ou rétrospectives sur les données vie réelles des patients adultes atteints d’une leucémie aigüe myéloïde et traités dans les centres partenaires.

Population subject to research or data processing

Les patients adultes atteints d’une leucémie aigüe myéloïde et traités dans les centres partenaires. Les données sur les antécédents et comorbidités, relatives à la maladie (biologie, imagerie, cytologie, histologie, cytogénétique et génomique dont les données issue du séquençage à haut débit), relatives au traitement (immunothérapie et thérapies ciblées, chimiothérapies, radiothérapie, auto et allogreffes de cellules souches hématopoïétiques), ainsi que les données de suivi.

- n= 155 anciens patients traités pour une LAM au CLB seront intégrées dans la base ;

- n = 455 nouveaux patients/an traités pour une LAM au CLB et dans les centres partenaires seront intégrées dans la base.
