About us

Objectives

Description histologique et moléculaire des carcinomes épidermoïdes de la sphère ORL et de leur micro-environnement chez les patients transplantés d’organes solides relativement aux patients non transplantés

- Histologie et immunohistochimie (IHC) –

- Analyses transcriptomiques en Reverse Transcriptase Multiplex Ligation Probe Amplification (RT-MLPA)

- Analyses génétiques en Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) sur un panel de 8 gènes impliqués dans la carcinogenèse ORL développé par le laboratoire IRON

 

NB : Cette étude, réalisée à partir des éléments déjà renseignés dans le dossier médical, dans l'établissement de prise en charge, ne présente aucune contrainte ni aucun risque. En savoir + : voir note d'information ci dessous.

Patients majeurs pris en charges pour un carcinome épidermoïde de la sphère ORL entre 2015 et 2021.et ayant bénéficié d'une chirurgie exérèse complète, transplantés ou non d’organes solides (comparaison de deux cohortes).
