About us

Objectives

La voie Sonic hedgehog (Shh) est impliquée dans la résistance aux traitements anti cancéreux et notamment aux traitements ciblant EGFR (tarceva, iressa, tagrisso). L’objectif de l’étude est d’évaluer la voie Shh dans les échantillons sanguins prélevés et sur les biopsies tissulaires déjà réalisées (si matériel disponible) afin, à terme, de cibler cette voie avec des traitements ciblés.
