Objectif principal : évaluer le degré de satisfaction à distance des patientes

Objectifs secondaires : évaluer le taux d’échec de la reconstruction, mesurer le retard de prise en charge carcinologique, identifier les facteurs de risque d’échec et d’insatisfaction, évaluer le nombre d’interventions nécessaires pour obtenir un résultat cosmétique satisfaisant

Population étudiée : femme ayant bénéficiée d’une reconstruction mammaire immédiate ou différée par prothèse et d’une radiothérapie au CAL de 2010 à 2020

Critères d’inclusion : femme majeure, reconstruction mammaire par prothèse, radiothérapie

Critères de non inclusion : récidive locale (atcd de radiothérapie mammaire antérieure lors du premier cancer), reconstruction par autologue (lipomodelage exclusif, lambeaux)
