Objectives

Le traitement standard des carcinomes bronchiques localement avancés, non métastatiques est une radiochimiothérapie concomitante avec délivrance de 60 à 66 Gy. Certains patients se présentent avec une tumeur primitive à distance des masses médiastinales ce qui augmente l’irradiation aux poumons et empêche de délivrer la dose d’irradiation. L’irradiation séparée des lésions médiastinales et de la lésion tumorale primitive pulmonaire avec respectivement une technique conventionnelle et une technique stéréotaxique permet de limiter la dose d’irradiation aux poumons tout en autorisant une augmentation de la dose d’irradiation à la tumeur primitive. La présente étude décrit les résultats d’une telle irradiation, en termes de toxicité et d’efficacité.

Critères de non inclusion : Irradiation avec une technique conventionnelle exclusive
